Terms of Service

FridgeFit, operated by Pablo Álvarez García, turns the ingredients you have into recipes and helps you track calories and macros. Some features use artificial intelligence. We may change, add or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

Photos are analyzed by Google Gemini as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, or upload photos of people, private documents or unlawful content;
• attempt to access other users’ data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass security or usage limits;
• use bots, scripts or automated means to call the AI features, or resell access to them;
• copy, reverse engineer or scrape the app, except where the law allows it.

We may apply usage limits and suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

You keep ownership of the data and photos you provide. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display them solely to run the service for you, including sending photos and ingredient lists to our AI provider to generate your results. You can delete your data or your account at any time (see Delete account).

Some features may require a paid plan. Price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by that store, and you cancel through your store account settings; refunds follow the store’s policy and applicable law.

The app, its design, code and branding belong to Pablo Álvarez García or its licensors. Recipe photos come from Unsplash and remain the property of their authors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pablo Álvarez García is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm arising from following AI-generated recipes or nutrition estimates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. When an account is deleted, the data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use FridgeFit after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections and court access granted by the laws of the country where you live.
